LastFM: readme updates

Browse Source 
Remove references to the subtree repo for LastFM, it's out of date and isn't in sync anymore (merge conflicts, yay!)

- Only `np` and `profile` commands - the others have since been broken by LastFM API changes and removed.

- Migration to the newer (v2) LastFM API, using JSON instead of XML.
