- Include full messages for the numerics we care about - Remove handlers for 464 and 481; they aren't useful for our purposes (cherry picked from commit 0906dc554d874f155158ffa6ef8c9a1b0b1b2baf)
Simple plugin that allows Supybot to oper up on configured networks, on connect and manually.
Please note: this plugin's purpose is only to allow opering up, and any sort of oper commands are out of its scope. All the things you can do with a bot that's opered up, you can do yourself.
