ERR_NEEDMOREPARAMS is very general and can be triggered by other commands too. (cherry picked from commit 4081afc999ba46bd8d87cbe10aa71fb38786316c)
Simple plugin that allows Supybot to oper up on configured networks, on connect and manually.
Please note: this plugin's purpose is only to allow opering up, and any sort of oper commands are out of its scope. All the things you can do with a bot that's opered up, you can do yourself.
