## Syntax ##

## Parameters ##

The username and password to identify yourself as an IRC operator; if no
password is given, you will be prompted to enter one.

## Description ##

Grants you the IRC operator status.

## Examples ##

    /OPER bob
    /OPER mike WzerT8zq
